SHIPPING: Shipping is free on some orders. We use reliable carriers to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Taxes and Duties): International shipping does not always include taxes & duties. Please note that taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer. RETURN POLICY: Pink Sand does not offer item exchanges, but we do accept returns. The following conditions must be met: ● You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. ● Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and liners and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ● To start a return, please contact us at shoppinksandbikinis@gmail.com.  f your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have received, inspected and accepted your return, a store credit will be issued WITHOUT the shipping fees. ● Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards or free/promotional items. ● There are strictly no returns on jewellery nor accessories. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Shipping fees will not be refunded and the return postage fee will be at your expense. Please bear in mind that it can take up to ten weeks for us to receive returned parcels due to delayed clearance processes in customs. To avoid attracting import fees, we recommend noting a minimal value for the goods when posting back to us.
